Spirit. Mind. Body.
I
Ministerial Development
We are building a ministry where every leader is formed before they are sent, covered while they serve, and continuously developed for every season of their calling.
II
Educational Development
Raising a generation that is academically excellent, artistically alive, and spiritually rooted.
III
Wholistic Health & Wellness
Body. Mind. Spirit.
Where we are going
Every phase of this vision has been submitted to God and inspired by God's leading.
Phase One: Year One
The Foundation
Roots before branches
- Build the pastoral care culture: knowing the people before building the programs.
- Establish the prayer culture and appoint the Ephesians 4 Council to the Senior Pastor.
- Secure all legal, financial, and organizational infrastructure.
- Launch weekly worship gathering and new members discipleship track.
Year One is about integrity.
Phase Two: Year Two
The Placement
People in position. Teams in formation.
- Appoint all Associate Pastors and formally install elders and deacons.
- Build out every auxiliary and department with full leadership and volunteer teams.
- Expand small groups, Next-U ministries, and the prayer and discipleship culture.
- Establish the annual ministry calendar and align culture across every department.
Year Two is about building the human architecture of the ministry.
Phase Three: Years Three through Five
Sustainability & Expansion
The vision made visible.
- Plan and launch the College Preparatory Academy and Arts Division.
- Open the Wholistic Health and Wellness Wing with full clinical and spiritual care programming.
- Fully activate ministerial development and certification program.
- Plan and commission the first church plant and pursue a permanent facility.
Years Three through Five is when the vision becomes visible to the world.
The Union Louisville is not a destination, it is a movement. And the best is still ahead.
